What Does Delayed Period Along With Lower Back Pain And Bad Odor Vaginal Discharge Indicate? 

My periods are now 4 days late and befode my periods were supposed to occur I had lower back pain, cramps and leg pains. I did pregnanct test one day late of my missed period it had a faint positive line, yesterday Morning I did the test again nd It had a faint positive line again I did the test late at night It gave a negative result, however today I did the test in morning nd it came out to be negative i repeated the test again like an hoyr ago it came out to be negatove however my boobs are swollen, I have cramps in my lower abdomen, nausea,diarrhea, white disrcharge and bad odour.. is it early misscarriage?? Thanks in advance.

HI,
Welcome to HCM,
according to your history as your periods are only 4 days overdue,thats quite normal. If you are still confused you should go for Beta Hcg test for confirmation of pregnancy.
These are symptoms of Pre-menstural Syndrome. But the discharge which is whitish in colour and foul smelling then it can be infection. you should go for Pelvic Ultrasound and take simple painkiller like acetaminophen along with antibiotic in case of infection i.e ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for 5 days.
